How will
my project be handled by your company?
Your project will have a
full time project supervisor that will visit your site
1-2 times per day. The supervisor is responsible
for scheduling and management of your project.
How will
I know what is going on throughout my project?
Most likely we'll have daily
conversations with the project supervisor. Also, a
weekly meeting will be set up to review important
information and scheduling that needs to be passed to
both parties. This offers everyone a chance to
have a formal set meeting so that no small details slip
thru the cracks.
Will my
house be a mess throughout the project?
We strive to keep your job
site clean and organized throughout the process.
We will keep a dumpster on site or if space is tight we
have regular trash pickups. Also, all trades are
informed to clean up after them selves while they are
working on your home or office.
Do you
use subcontractors?
Yes... We have relationships
with our subcontractors that are as long as we have been
in business. Using experienced and qualified
subcontractors provides the best service and
craftsmanship on your project.
What is
your warranty?
We offer a 1 year warranty
How do
you handle any extras?
The Owner may request
changes in the project consisting of additions,
deletions, or modifications. Both parties must
sign a written change order. Payment shall be made
prior to commencement. Changes in the project may
cause delays to the schedule.
How are
we billed for the project?
There is an initial down
payment required and then payments are evenly spaced out
throughout the project. Since each project is
unique, each payment schedule is unique.
What is
an allowance?
An allowance is a ballpark
estimate of how much an item such as cabinets will cost
for your project. A lot of times the actual cost
of some of the items will not be known until the
contract is signed and the project is started.
Allowances are designed to give you an educated idea of
how much something will cost. Of course, you can
go over or below on your allowance. The difference
will be charged to your account. |
